CYBERLOCK PARTNER PROGRAM

Certified CyberLock resellers are permitted to sell and support CyberLock installations while active. It is the responsibility of the reseller to provide the first line of support to customers by assisting them with hardware and software related questions. Failure to provide support to customers may disqualify a reseller from participation in all or part of the Deal Registration Program.

Resellers are expected to maintain a basic level of competency with respect to all CyberLock products. As a company that prides itself on innovation, we are frequently releasing new products and software features that add valuable tools to the CyberLock system. We encourage resellers to periodically attend on-site training, at our Corvallis headquarters, in order to support new products and software features.  While resellers are welcome to attend on-site training annually, we suggest completing updated training every two years.

The CyberLock technical support team is available to answer your technical questions and provide additional training, if desired. Because of the extensive features of the Enterprise level software, an annual support fee is required in order to receive this support.

All certified CyberLock resellers, in good standing, are eligible to participate in our Deal Registration Program. Registering opportunities helps protect your business and secure higher margins.

AUTHORIZED

To become an Authorized Partner, you must pass the Enterprise Basic training course, stay up-to-date on training and meet the $2,500 annual revenue quota. This must be maintained in order to remain active. As an authorized partner, you may also elect to take the full Enterprise training course.

GOLD

To become a Gold Partner, you must pass the Enterprise Basic training course, stay up-to-date on training and meet the $25,000 annual revenue quota. This quota must be maintained in order to remain at the Gold level. As a Gold partner, you may also elect to take the full Enterprise training course.

Gold Partners are eligible to receive lead distribution from CyberLock. These leads must be followed up on and registered in the DRP within two business days. If the lead is not registered in the DRP, the reseller forfeits the lead to another Gold or Platinum reseller.

PLATINUM

To qualify as a Platinum Partner you must pass both Enterprise Basic and full Enterprise training courses, stay up-to-date on training and meet the $250,000 annual revenue quota. This quota must be maintained in order to remain at the Platinum level.

Platinum Partners are eligible to receive lead distribution from CyberLock. These leads must be followed up on and registered in DRP within two business days. If the lead is not registered in the DRP, the reseller forfeits the lead to another Gold or Platinum reseller.

Platinum Partners currently hosting Enterprise-level CyberLock installations and employing a dedicated technical support team are eligible to submit national accounts for registration in DRP. National accounts are accounts where a single customer deploys CyberLock in multiple locations across two or more states. National accounts will be approved on a case by case basis upon a determination that the Platinum Partner has demonstrated an ability to provide adequate support for all national account installations.

** All newly approved partners will begin at the Gold level for 90 days. During these 90 days the CyberLock team will provide support, training and guidance that will help you remain at the Gold level. During this time you will benefit from the same discount as a certified Gold Partner.
